General Information

• For weekly bookings your accommodation will be ready for you at 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please do not arrive before this time.

• Please vacate by 10a.m. on the day of your departure.

• Our normal changeover day is Saturday, but we are flexible out of peak times.

• Make the most of your short break, arrival and departure times can be by arrangement.

• Electricity is included within the quoted tariffs.

• The Farmhouse has a central heating system powered by an oil fired Rayburn situated in the Kitchen, this in included in the tariff. There is an open inglenook fireplace in the main lounge and an electric heater in the bathroom, there is also a free standing electric heater. The three cottages all have storage heaters which are included in the tariff plus free standing and / or electric wall heaters. All cottages have electric heaters in the bathrooms. William Cottage and New Barn also have coal / wood burning stoves. Logs and coal can be purchased locally. During the cooler months the fires will be made up for you or already lit prior to your arrival. A bucket of coal and a bag of logs are supplied free of charge.

• Bed Linen Duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases are supplied and the beds made up for you. Please bring your own cot linen. Towels One bath towel and one hand towel per person are provided. also tea towels and kitchen towels. Starter Kit of milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar and biscuits are provided. In the kitchen you will find washing up liquid, hand soap, cleaning equipment, cloths etc. The bathroom and toilet are provided with toilet roll, hand soap, and cleaners.

• The Games Room Is situated close to the cottages and is available for guests to use day time and evenings.

• Well behaved dogs are welcome, at a charge of £15 each per week, or short break, maximum of two in The Farmhouse, William and Norman Cottage, one only in New Barn. Dogs not to be left unattended for long periods in the cottages please.
